Ashton Ferrari is a goal-driven real estate professional with a focus on setting and achieving monthly targets. He transitioned to residential real estate in 2014 after a successful career as a Rental Agent with Enterprise and Avis. Starting with open houses, Ashton quickly became a broker’s assistant, earned his license, and in 2017, launched his own business focusing on marketing to builders.
He has worked with top luxury firms like Martha Turner Sotheby’s International Realty and Greenwood King Properties, specializing in new construction developments, land acquisition, design, and sales. Ashton also represents buyers and sellers in single-family home resales, drawing business from loyal clients and referrals.
A Houston native, Ashton graduated from Jersey Village High School and Texas Tech University. He now lives in The Heights, enjoys outdoor activities with his dog Barkley, and supports Field Elementary School as a sponsor.
